The video starts with a close up on a white and pink birthday cake which cross fades to a little girls' birthday party. The party cross fades to Shirley Temple in a white and powder blue dress talking to her friend, a servant girl in dark raggedy clothes. The friend presents Shirley Temple with a hand made cushion that has the words, "Menny appy returns" made out of white beads on it. Shirely thanks her friend. then she is blowing out the candles on her cake which fades into sparkles and then into a dream scene of her dancing with many fluffy ballerinas in a pink toile dress. It ends with a pink sparkle background and in purple font the words, "Wishing you a Happy Birthday".
