This ecard is based on the movie Spinal Tap as we see two musicians and their instruments, one lying topless on the couch holding a sub in his hand that is on the floor and the other one sitting on a stool wearing a fishnet top and jeans is looking at us. As he sings and does dancing moves and stretching his legs in a split, we see the guy on the couch eat his sub. After the song, the guy on the couch says “hello” and we then move to a final screen where the words “‘Get well won’t you, Mate? Quick!” appears at the center of the screen.
