This animated singing ecard begins with two large eyes and soon we see it is a worm on a fishing line hook in the water who sings. As the worm sings, we see a large fish trying to eat it but the worm moves so he does not get eaten! We see him make funny faces as he sings as water bubbles float up around him. Another large fish with teeth tries to eat him and misses again. He goes on singing and three large fish with teeth surround him and on is wearing a party hat. The worm makes a cake with a lit candle appear making the fish smile. To the next frame with the word happy birthday appearing in letters made out of fish.
