The card begins with a deep red envelope with a pink heart shaped sticker with the words for you written on it and the sticker lifts off, letting the envelope open up and coming out of the envelope is a card with 3 adorable pugs with deep red plaid tuxedo jackets with black lapels, white shirt and black bowtie. The main singer is in the middle is holding a margarita with a lime slice on the rim and he is moving the the beat and the back vocal pugs are snapping their fingers to the beat. At the end of the song, the main singer has a sip of his margarita, has the hiccups and falls of screen being a little tipsy and red confettis fly up as he falls! The 2 pugs back vocals go down and pick him up and our main singer comes back up in the middle of the screen holding a bouquet of roses as the words happy anniversary appear at the top of the screen in pink letters.
