The Honor Veterans Day ecard is a sequence of photos with quotes or captions beginning with a caption reading “Freedom is never free”. Over the caption appears a photo of a pair of army boots with an army cap hanging on one of the boots, a folded army shirt, tie and belt. The next photo is of soldier in rank walking as they wear their camouflage outfits and berets as a quote fro Mya Angelou reads “how important it is for us to recognize and celebrate our heroes and she-roes!”. The quote remains as the photo changes 6 army jets flying full speed. The quote still remains and the photo changes to a crouching soldiers in full gear and holding his riffle as he watches the sun setting. To the next photo of a purple heart medal sitting atop its leather case and a quote from Gary Heart “I think there is one higher office than president and I would call that patriot”. The caption remains and the photo changes to a senior Marine soldier seen from the back. Next is a photo of a soldier in war gear saluting an American flag as we have a new quote from Gary Hart reading “Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them”. The caption fades out and is replaced with “Celebrate and Honor Veterans Day”.
