This Mike du jour ecard begins with a very muscular man on a step machine showing how it works to man with suit and tie. When he is done, he steps off the machine and raises one arm showing that this is how it works. The other man takes his jacket off and hangs it on the machine and the words “I’ll take it” appear over him. The next screen shows the final banner with the words “to your health. Happy Birthday!”
